The VP-400 Digital Vaporizer is marketed as a state of the art digital vaporizer that uses cost-cutting technology. However once you get to use this unit, this description can be roughly translated as low quality! The VP-400 Digital Vaporizer is manufactured in China and has been available in the marketplace since 2008. It is a box style model that allows direct inhalation and has a built-in non-ceramic heating element. Unfortunately the hands-free ground glass vapour wand is extremely flimsy and is bound to cause certain problems.

The VP-400 Digital Vaporizer comes with instructions, but you may find that these are very hard to actually follow and understand. The unit has a digital set display situated on the front however, more often than not, the reading will be inaccurate. Once the VP-400 Digital Vaporizer reaches of the optimal vaporization level, you will unfortunately find that it produces little or no results.

Although the majority of box style vaporizers are hands-free, there is an element of danger with this model. The heating element is protected by a cardboard frame which should immediately set alarm bells ringing. You may also potentially get burnt by the VP-400 Digital Vaporizer as the heating element is known to stick out from the base.

The VP-400 Digital Vaporizer has an extremely slow warm up time that can take in excess of 10 to 15 minutes. When you consider that the majority of decent vaporizers merely require a couple of minutes to warm up, you will soon be aware that this is a low quality unit.

The VP-400 Digital Vaporizer comes with a five replacement screens, a hands free glass whip and apparently technology that is able to cut costs and make this a low-cost vaporizer. The VP-400 Digital Vaporizer retails at approximately $80 however there are far superior models that fall within the same price range.

The VP-400 Digital Vaporizer will only ever produce an extremely poor vapour and you will need to turn the unit to its highest heat setting in order to produce anything near decent. This model has absolutely no manufacturer’s warranty, is constructed very poorly and the heating element is placed in a very dangerous position.

Although many people who are new to vaporization will look to keep costs at a minimum, it is not recommended that you purchase the VP-400 Digital Vaporizer. The fact that this model comes without a manufacturer’s warranty, pretty much tells you all that you will need to know about this vaporizer. There are many dangerous aspects to this unit and it can, therefore, be considered cheap and nasty.
